Washington County Court Clerk
The Court Clerk is the ordinary custodian for Washington County District Court criminal, civil, and traffic proceedings. Current county materials identify Jean Davis. Use this route for a District Court case, docket event, bench or arrest process, bond question, recall entry, or official court-record request.

OSCN can help locate a public docket, but the official case-management record controls a discrepancy.
Washington County Sheriff's Office
WCSO handles county law-enforcement, custody, records, and public-safety routing. It publishes a curated Most Wanted page and maintains an inmate search, but no complete public active-warrant export was located. Use the office number for the correct division rather than assuming a dispatcher can certify another court's docket.

Use 911 for an emergency. The anonymous tip form is for information, not warrant-status confirmation.
Municipal Court Contacts
City ordinance and municipal-traffic matters stay with the city that issued the citation. Bartlesville has the most complete published procedure. Ramona has a town-specific payment page. Dewey, Copan, Ochelata, and Vera require a citation-led or official city route when no current public portal is exposed.

Federal Court Route
Washington County is in the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Oklahoma. Federal public case access uses the Northern District name-search route, PACER, and the federal clerk, subject to account, fees, sealed-record, and unfiled limits. A federal task-force tip line is not a warrant search or self-surrender appointment.
Do not ask the county Court Clerk, municipal clerk, or WCSO to certify a federal record.
What to Include in a Status Call
Have the court or city, case or citation number, name as written, approximate date, and a narrow question. Ask whether the record shows an active, recalled, quashed, reset, or appearance-required status; whether payment, bond, counsel, or a plan is needed; and what proof the office will provide. Ask who owns the record if the first office is not the custodian.
